i heard one comment that my blog has turned into a tourist spot guide. well, i was too engrossed in what they said in TV about the particular place. haha. i really would wanna go there if i have the time and money. yesterday was spent at orchard and novena. freakin short day!

this is one suggestion for you to hang your fruit especially if you love eating banana.
we should all thanks my dear housemate to have such amazing idea of USING YOUR CLOTHES HANGER. reusable and cost saving of course. but abit fussy uh, since you already have strings tied to the banana and a hook down there. so i really have no idea why the hanger is doing down there. got it now?

so we were at Raffles Starbucks celebrating the end of IT show, we were all so tired we settled down in some wooden chair in the middle of the room.

you know some people use tissue to chop a place in the eating spots. so this cute friend of mine lifted up her plate of brownie and cup of Frappe, half-running down towards the end of the room where the remaining tables around including us stared at her, amazed.

initially, i thought she would want to clean up the plates like what most people do in fast food restaurant. i thought it's weird since she hasn't finished her food and drink.

our amazement was eventually answered when she was talking to a Caucasian near the sofa in the corner where a couple just left. that Caucasian guy kept on pointing to the sofa with laptop on his side right after my friend exclaimed "Oh, shit!" and i heard her saying "No, it's alright".

3 of us followed her sight until she came back to our table to find us burst out laughing! she's saying something like "I was eyeing for that sofa from just now" or something like that i was too busy with my stomach hurting for laughing too hard.

anyway, we got some sofa seats beside the Caucasian not long after that.

Belarus, the gate of Russia

Wonders of the world are indeed unimaginable.

There are so many of them, they continue to amaze you with lots of unique things you haven't seen or experienced.

I saw a backpack travel program on TV recently and spotted a country located at the central of Europe called Belarus, An unknown country to most travelers, but one with its own fascinating must-see landmarks. 940 years old city.

Minsk is the capital city, 180 km away from Vilnius, the largest and capital of Lithuania. 700 km apart from Moscow. Its territory is in direct border with Poland, Russia, Lithuania and Ukraine.

Getting there

The National Airport Minsk is the major international airport in Belarus. There are flights to other airports in other towns, though they are not that large-scale. The Minsk airport is located some 50 km from Minsk.

The national airline of Belarus is Belavia. Belavia has direct flights to major cities in Europe (Frankfurt, Vienna, Kiev, London, Moscow, Paris, Riga, Rome, Warsaw, etc.). There are also daily flights of Lufthansa to Frankfurt and Austrian Airlines to Vienna. Other airlines flying to Belarus include LOT (Polish Airlines), EL AL (Israeli Airlines), Lithuanian Airlines, Estonian Airlines and others.

Rail
There are regular trains between Minsk and practically every major capital in Europe. Most Belarusian towns can be reached by railway.

The new Central Rail Terminal in Minsk offers all the services a traveler needs, most of them are available 24/7. Restaurants, bars, a game zone, a waiting room, a locker room, shops, a pharmacy are to name a few. Everything is signposted with easily recognizable pictograms.

Public transport network connects Central Terminal to all the parts of the city.

Bus
There are several bus stations in Minsk, though most of international arrivals come to the Central Bus Terminal. This terminal offers few facilities of its own, maybe because it is next to the Central Rail Terminal, which has all of those.

By car
A payment for entering Belarus and for transit through its territory is required for all vehicles. The fee ranges from US$ 20 to $155. Besides you will be required to fill-in the details of your vehicle into the customs declaration and purchase a motor-car insurance (that's apart from a personal insurance).

There is one toll highway (M-1 / E-30) in Belarus from Brest to Moscow, the fee ranges from US$ 1 for passenger cars to $15 for large truck.

Places worth visits:

The ruins of the palace of the magnate Sapega in Ruzhany. The architect Jan Samuel Bekker designed a palace ensemble composed of two buildings. The buildings were decorated by stucco moldings and fumed oak. The impressive main entrance gate in the form of triumphal arch remained intact till today.

An Old Palace near the village Kossovo, with a touch of Neo-Gothic design architecture that was once popular in the early 19th century.

The Mir castle, known to every Belarusian. The castle was encircled with earthworks and bastions. The castle is included into the list of the UNESCO monuments.

The Brest Fortress. Major tourist sight today. The design of the fortress was approved by the Emperor Nicholas I in 1830. It occupied the territory of the Old Town. The fortress appeared to be a masterpiece of military engineering as well as an outstanding work of art. By the beginning of the 20th century the fortress was the main Russian outpost on the western border. However the present fame was gained by the Brest Fortress during the years of the Great Patriotic war. Its garrison resisted heroically for one month.

Personally, i think the place looks simple, it gives people the impression of tranquility with humble people around, i think i need this sort of place right now.

IT show is finally over! I know it was urm, on Sunday. I'm a bit late to post my thoughts. >.< i kinda missed being scolded by boss and customers or thinking of how i began to lose my voice at the end of the 4days.

life is indeed full of amazing facts. sidekick for readers, a quote from someone:

"I'm laughing at her because it's not funny!"

my life and its facts

Bonjour!

Just some random facts of the day:

1. I just had my first meal of the day. The clock now indicates 14.46.

2. I had no idea how i survived in front of my lap's screen until 5am last night (or rather just
now).

3. There are some excitement in me when i scanned through the horoscope readings a while ago,
and whether it's accurate or not it just made me happy :P

4. Basically, half of my day today is wasted for rotting at home. I'm all lethargic.

5. I feel like having my 2nd meal of the day in TP since it is peaceful and not many people will be
in the canteen during holiday period.

6. My roomy is now asleep for the second time, lying beside me in the bed and spread me that
sleepy aura. =S

travelling back timeline:

we had a so called mass house washing the other day. cleaning house is just draining my energy out. like the whole water content in your body being used up. completely exhausted. and i felt so guilty i had to kill the cockroach. i recalled nez sprayed HIT to the disturbing cockroach in the bathroom and it was struggling for its life. she had to use broom as a last resort to end its life. argh~ it was too excruciating, i din't dare to look at it. but what to do? life's just like that uh. cruel, realistic. let's not discuss it any further. =S

anyway anyway, the outing was fun! lots of craziness. more craziness = more fun! i love it i love it! especially when you have nothing else in mind, nothing but happiness. <3 tonnes of stoopid shots will be uploaded in fb. =D

new home lovely

my new home, my lovely home.. =D

i am so having my own house finally after 5 years! this morning was especially draining my energy out because of all the packings.. but i love it!

my own kitchen,
my own living room,
this amazing digital box invention, i don't have to feel uneasy when every time i feel like watching TV i have to share with my landlord..
alot more things, i just don't feel like describing it anymore, im over over excited!

what a day

it was a stupid morning, idiot me and pitiful laptop. =S
i thought my early wake up could be used as an opportunity to talk to my landlord about the moving out matters. aih~ i was unusually long in the bathroom this morning.

and then, the next thing is just so embarrassing but i have to tell, so that nobody is gonna create the same carelessness again.

so, the story goes . . .
ahemp~ i was tying up my shoelace in the neighbour's doorstep (i have nowhere to sit and tie) as usual, with bag in my lap and my notebook on the side, going to go library for projects.

i felt so fresh this morning, stood up and headed to the lift, went down, crossing the road taking 69 to TP east gate before changing to 23 to Bugis. all the while, i didn't even realise that my laptop wasn't with me! i was panicked when i stared at passers checking for bus route, i realised i just left my laptop in someone else's doorstep!

rushed back and found my lappy there, i was so relieved. poor poor notebook, i think it's already knocked hard more than twice! luckily, you are one tough thing.

so that's the end for my day. lol.

Kentut adalah kegiatan dimana mahkluk hidup mengeluarkan gas buangan dari lubang yang berada di bawah belakang (anus), seperti sebuah knalpot kendaraan. Namun gas buangan ini tidak terlalu jelas terlihat, kecuali sedang berada dalam air. Gelembung-gelembung udara akan tampak di belakang orang yang sedang kentut.

Kentut, sama seperti bau mulut: hanya bau akibat containernya. Oleh karena itu sering-seringlah gosok gigi agar tidak bau mulut. Namun jangan gosok anus dengan sikat gigi, karena selain jorok, hal itu sangat tidak higenis. Apalagi sikat gigi tersebut dipakai untuk menggosok gigi juga.

Kegiatan ini sangatlah merugikan karena mencemari lingkungan sekitar dengan polusi udara atau suara, namun belum ditemukan cara untuk mencegahnya sampai saat ini.
Tahukah para juragan bahwa watak kita bisa dilihat dari kentut? Niiih...

memorable indeed

today should be commemorated as a day with coincidence!

firstly, i went to pizza hut with pril and we chatted for quite some time there. not long ago, an indo friend of mine told me that he met my family in pizza hut. they were having dinnr there too, just different place!

secondly, i am just so happy. it was just too much of a coincidence. refused to comment. XD
this is more or less telling me why i am so happy. except some missing evidence.

sometimes, the littlest thing in life makes you can't stop smiling to yourself. it's weird.

the life of an exhausted mind

what do you do when you have no choice but to cross a busy road full of traffic? no policemen, no policemen and no car seems to give way. for me, the answer is you still have to cross. it just depends on the way you cross it. if you are careful enough, you get to the place you want, safely.

life is like that, isn't it?

relax down, when all the other things around you tenses up. maybe you can get what you want. peacefully.

Hey ladies! (im addicted to the song XD) and gentlemen of the nation.

i can't believe i actually went through the CASH lecture slides! wew, here i am, done reading it all and can't wait to get some rest after a whole session of exhausting my mind.

today's been great and tiring. all the trip down to chinatown with sandals that has opening like crocodile mouth will exhaust your feet! (try it if you don't believe me). walked all the way down with nez to mrt and grabbed pepperlunch in dhoby ghaut.all the agent and tenant stuff is enough to make my head explode. i really hope that the tropica owner can accept us as her tenants~ *praying hard* i couldn't think of any other way to press down the price or starting from scratch and looking for a new agent to find us hdb unit. oh it sure wastes lots of time =S

the next burden in mind will be $$$$$. the thing that can drive you to heaven and throw you to hell. either way, you still need $$$. ironic.

the world surely knows how to make you spend your money. forcefully. anyway anyway, let's not think about that.

maybe from the other point of view, a non-materialistic angle, money isn't some powerful tool that can buy anything you want. you can't buy back love. you can't buy back a person you love, of course. once they are gone, that's it. there is no use dreading over it. yes.

ah, and Mother's day yes. Mom, i love you. that i shall just say it here, where you won't even read it, or know this blog exists. although someone asked me to text you and tell you how much i loved you and always do, i guess i'm not as good in words as him. not good at showing affection though. you know your daughter best, don't you =P

and last, which maybe is the least, from the blog, i am ready to sleep. totally tired out by now.

Long time since a proper post! =D
headache, big headache now..

i've been looking forward to get out of this small cramped room and i'm so delighted i finally found myself an alternative place to stay! we were planning, and still are, to rent a simple unit so that we can use the kitchen all we want~ yoohooo..all the happy things..

and now it's the sad thing, the cheaper HDB units are just so not suitable and the desperate me called up another agent to find out that he only have all the private apartments and condominiums!

anyway, we negotiated the price and all that, we finally settled down with two choices, and still looking out for another person to share the place with us, otherwise the fee is way too burdening!~

so anyone looking for place to stay, (and don't mind to stand a lil' noise from us =P) you are welcomed to join us, as fast as you can! we are moving in next month i guess!
